Chocolate Dipped Marshmallow Lollipops
Ingredients:
1 package Dolcetto Chocolate Cream Filled Rolled Wafers
1 bag large marshmallows
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Break the rolled wafers in half. Press your thumb in each of the marshmallows, making a hole large enough to fit the cookie. Insert each half into a marshmallow.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Put the chocolate chips in a microwavable safe bowl and microwave until melted, stirring every 10-15 seconds. Once most of the chips are melted remove from microwave.
Dip the marshmallows in the chocolate and transfer to the baking sheet. Let sit until chocolate is hardened, and serve.
