It all starts with PASSION. The passion to continue the legacy of our founder’s grandfather who believed in taste and quality foods crafted from rich, local ingredients.
20 years later, Fusion Gourmet continues its journey to bring the finest confections and savory snacks made from indigenous ingredients around the world to people who are passionate about delicious, better-for-you indulgences.
To this end, our three core brands embody our mission to elevate snacking aficionados’ every day and special occasions with a blend of artisanal creations, mindful ingredients, and innovative taste.
It all began with coffee
Inspired by creativity and fueled by caffeine in those first long nights, it might be no surprise that our first product was our Bali’s Best® Coffee Candy.
Using anti-oxidant rich Arabica coffee found exclusively in the tropical Indonesian island of Sumatra, our candy embodies the true taste of this centuries old coffee bean and has earned various industry awards.
Giving new meaning to coffee on-the-go, we’ve extended our coffee candy selections and introduced a line of Bali’s Best Tea Candies made with real tea extract.
We scout the world for premium ingredients
Our Dolcetto® and Mandy’s® brands follow the same commitment to great taste, high-quality ingredients, and indulgence in better-for-you treats with NO High Fructose Corn Syrup, NO Preservatives, and NO Artificial Colors or Flavors.
Our ingredients such as Matcha green tea, rich black cocoa, Sumatran coffee, and Italian extra virgin olive oil come from the world’s most exotic regions. Each is carefully selected so that whether you treat yourself to our Wafer Bites at your desk, get a caffeine boost on the run with our candies, or share our delectable cookies and Tuscan crisps with friends and family, we help make every-day and special occasions exceptional.
We believe in responsible sourcing and giving back
Just as important as providing customers with the best confections, we are equally mindful of practicing sustainability in our manufacturing process, namely in the sourcing of our raw materials from suppliers committed to protecting the environment.
As a Woman & Minority Owned Organization, we also provide assistance to various humanitarian organizations in the U.S. and abroad in support of women and children in need and provide employment, education, and health care opportunities to a largely female workforce in Indonesia.
From support for the local Los Angeles Food Bank to international relief assistance in the wake of natural disasters in the Asian South Pacific, we strive to always remain cognizant of our social responsibilities and are honored to give back to the communities that make the creation of our gourmet confections possible.
